If you commit to the full 30-day Soma protocol using Vitalitea and Serenitea at full strength daily, incorporating our somatic practices (no screens 1 hour before bed, consistent timing, etc.) and feel absolutely no shift in your sleep-wake cycle or nervous system regulation, we'll refund 50% of your purchase.
Why 50%? Because we're covering the cost of the organic botanicals, hand-packing, and shipping but we want you to feel confident trying something that could genuinely change your midlife experience.

Standard Post: $12 flat rate
Express Post: $16.00

Metro areas: 2-4 business days
Regional Australia: 5-7 business days
Remote areas: 7-10 business days
We cannot ship to: PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers (our packaging requires signature)
Subscription Orders:
Subscribe and save with FREE shipping on all subscription orders (minimum 2-month commitment). Cancel anytime after your second delivery. Subscriptions ship automatically every 30 days.
Tracking: All orders include tracking. You'll receive your tracking number via email once your order ships.
Packaging: Your Soma Duo arrives in sustainable, plastic-free packaging.
Order Processing
Orders are lovingly hand-packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. During launch periods or high-volume times, please allow up to 3 business days.

We stand behind our product. If you genuinely commit to the protocol and don't experience results, we want to make it right.
Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify for our 50% satisfaction refund, you must:
Complete the full 30-day protocol (at minimum):
Daily use of Vitalitea within 30 minutes of waking
Daily use of Serenitea 60-90 minutes before bed
Full strength dosage (1-2 tsp per serving as directed)
Follow our somatic recommendations:
No screens 60 minutes before bed
Consistent wake/sleep timing (within 30-minute window)
Documented in your ritual tracker (provided in your kit)
Submit your claim within 45 days of purchase with:
Your completed ritual tracker (sent to you via email in your welcome sequence)
A brief description of what you experienced (or didn't)
Photos of your empty/near-empty tea pouches
What you'll receive:
50% refund of your purchase price, minus shipping costs.
What we're not covering:
The cost of organic botanicals, hand-packing, shipping, and processing. We're a small Australian business and these are real costs—but we still want you to feel safe trying.
Important: You do not need to return the product. We trust you. Keep your teas, gift them to a friend, or compost them.
Refund Timeline:
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund to your original payment method.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Here's why: Our Soma Duo teas are loose leaf botanicals in non-sealed packaging (to preserve freshness and reduce waste). Once opened, we cannot resell them for food safety and quality reasons.
But you're still protected:
Our Soma Sip Promise gives you a genuine 30-day trial with a 50% refund if the protocol doesn't work for you. This is a better outcome than a standard return policy—because we're asking you to actually try the ritual, not just return an unopened box.

Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide photos and description
We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund (your choice)
We'll cover all return shipping costs
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

All tea products (due to food safety and unsealed packaging)
Gift cards or promotional codes
Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
Your only refund path: Our Soma Sip Promise (50% refund after completing the 30-day protocol) or faulty/incorrect products.
